The following is a letter from Phase 4's Brian Versaci addressed to Specialty Management's John Nee which raises questions requiring a response:

We are looking forward to having a meeting with Specialty Management, but as yet we have not received a date, time or location (see email below). I have requested the financial statements for the last 3 months, hopefully I will receive them before the meeting.

- Boats and cars under repair are visible from the street, against the covenants, even though there is a fence, the top of the boat is visible. What measures will be taken in the future??
- There are aluminum/wood sheds on some homeowners property, against the covenants. All sheds should look like the original house, please address this.
- Some homeowners are requesting a web site dedicated to Live Oak Estates. This can be accomplished through "GO DADDY" or similar site. The cost is insignificant, but the savings could be monumental. (In the meantime, we have a blog at http://LiveOakEstatesHOA.info)
- Please show a detailed breakdown of all monies spent by Live Oak Estates Homeowners Association.
